01 Disconnected systems, manual reconciliation

Our systems don't talk to each other. Reconciliation takes three people a week, every month.

Disconnected software across departments means data lives in silos. Every close cycle is a manual reconciliation exercise, draining finance team capacity on work that should not exist.

02 MIS arrives too late to matter

By the time we get the MIS, the decisions have already been made, usually badly.

Management reports that arrive days or weeks late cannot drive timely decisions. The business defaults to intuition, and strategy is built on incomplete information.

03 No profitability visibility by segment

We know our total revenue. We don't know which product line or customer is actually making money.

Top-line visibility without profitability by segment means the business cannot identify where to grow, or where to stop allocating resource.

04 Inventory never matches the books

Our inventory on paper hasn't matched the warehouse in two years, and we don't know why.

Stock discrepancies accumulate silently. By the time they surface in the accounts, the financial impact is already recorded, and the cause is no longer traceable.

05 ERP went live but reporting is broken

We went live on SAP six months ago, but reporting is still broken and the implementation partner has gone quiet.

A technically complete go-live that does not serve the finance team is a failed implementation, regardless of what the project plan says. This is one of our specialisations.
